Below you will find a list of reasons why your email was blocked before passing the registration.
- It's a disposable email.
- You are using an email proxy to hide/mask your real email address.
- It is an email that has been previously used to commit fraud/crimes/scams.
- The domain or (subdomain of the email is free - rarely) or has been used in fraud/crimes/scams.
However, it can also be due to the website itself, such as the following reasons:
- Email format is not valid.
- The email has already been registered.
- The email or domain was banned by the website administrators.
- Error in the registration process.
- Website policies or any other reason.
Remember that you must also keep in mind that in case you are asked to provide a student or corporate email address, otherwise you will be blocked.
Remember also that Dymo API will always return your real user even if you try to bypass it with exceptions from your email provider like the . or the +.
How do I unblock my email address?
In case you believe that your email was blocked by mistake by us, you can contact us, asking us to remove your email from our database.
Remember that this will be investigated internally and will not be automatic.
