Overview

Despite our email sending system that prevents our messages from ending up categorized as spam, sometimes, this method may not work in different email clients.

Therefore, we bring you a simple guide on how to make sure that you are receiving our emails and they are not being categorized as spam or anything similar.

Gmail filters emails automatically dependent on your actions. It will only filter emails as spam if you choose to mark them as spam. The spam folder may be hidden; click More to view it.
  • Open your Spam folder.
  • Locate an email from us (@tpeoficial.com), check the box next to the message/right-click it, and click Not Spam.

If none of this works, contact us to check that we are sending the email on our end.
