Canceling your subscription with Dymo API is a straightforward process, but it’s important to understand how it affects your access, data, and billing. Below, we explain what happens when you cancel and what steps you need to take.

What Happens When You Cancel?

Immediate or End-of-Billing-Period Cancellation:

Depending on your plan, your access to Dymo will either end immediately or continue until the end of your billing cycle.

Data Retention:

Your account data may be stored for a limited time in case you decide to reactivate your subscription. However, certain data may be deleted permanently.

Billing & Refunds:

  • If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, no refunds are issued.
  • If you're on a free trial, canceling before it ends prevents automatic charges, in case you have activated automatic renewal.

Reactivation:

If you decide to return, you can reactivate your subscription, but some settings or historical data may not be recoverable.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your Dymo account.
  2. Navigate to Billing settings.
  3. Click on Cancel Plan/Subscription and confirm your choice.
  4. Follow any additional steps if required.
