How to verify if an email is authentic?
Learn how to verify the authenticity of our emails.
Overview
Nowadays, we have no choice but to coexist with phishing attempts. To help protect our customers, our emails typically include a unique security token for each automatically sent email.
You can find this token at the bottom of each email, highlighted in purple, along with instructions on how to verify it.
This is important because even the domain or email address that appears to send the email can be spoofed, hiding the original sender's identity.
If you ever have doubts about the authenticity of an email from us, simply copy the token included in the email and paste it into the security section of your account dashboard.
Below, we’ve provided a direct link for your convenience.
Do not trust
It is common for cybercriminals to know leaked data about you, so do not trust, if the email is suspicious, check the authenticity token.
Remember that we will NEVER give you the direct link to check the token so you can log in to Dymo as you usually do.
In this case we put the direct link as it is the help page and you have arrived here through our website or a search engine.
