Welcome to the Dymo API error reporting manual.

Here you will find the steps to follow to report a bug or error in our infrastructure.

Before reporting an error or bug, make sure of the following:

• The status website shows everything correct about the service or area of the error.
• The error produced is not an error found in the official product/service documentation.
• That the error is not caused by missing usage tokens, modified library code or other.

You can do so by filling out the form that will appear when you click on the button below.

About the form

The form will ask you for basic contact information, such as your name and email address, and then ask you about the bug/error, its level of criticality, how to reproduce it and other information.
