How companies are categorized by reputation in Dymo API
You will learn about how we categorize data.
Overview
Our Dymo API product has a range of additional plugins that you can easily add as needed.
In this case we will talk about how it works and what parameters the Dymo categorization system is based on for the company reputation plugin.
First of all, it is important to know the available categories.
They are the following:
- Low (Also includes free personal emails)
- Medium
- High
- Very-high
- Education
- Governmental
- Unknown (Not given in any case for the moment)
On what basis do you categorize domains?
We rely primarily on the income or relevance of the organization.
Here are some important data to keep in mind when using this plugin:
- International organizations will be part of the
governmentalgroup. - If you use the email plugin: Emails provided by free domains will be given the lowest category;
low. - International companies or subsidiaries of large parent companies will be referred to as
very-highcategory. - Larger, lesser known or lower revenue national companies will be considered
high. - Very little known companies/startups with high economic potential will be considered
medium. - If the data entered is found in our database as fraud, it will be considered as
low. - All educational centers, including online training and .edu?.* domains or those that comply with the algorithm will be part of the
educationcategory.
How often is the data renewed?
We update our database constantly every day.
