Here's what you should do if your payment failed.

Before reporting an error or failure, to us or your bank, make sure of the following:

  • Make sure you have entered the data correctly.
  • Make sure that the card has sufficient balance to make the payment or perform a check.
  • Remember that if your card has an authentication or authorization you must accept it in your banking application.
  • Avoid using prepaid or disposable cards.
  • Check that your country is allowed in the payment gateway.

If you still have errors in the payment unfortunately, there is not much we can do, as it is probably coming from your bank.

If your payments continue to be declined, we suggest you use a different card or contact your bank to allow future transactions.
